2. Do you have a physical location?

No, we operate entirely online to bring art directly to you through digital platforms and shipping.

 

3. What are your customer service hours?

You can reach us via email at jordan@sunburntstudios.com or call 330 687 5088 during:

  • Monday – Friday: 8am Central – 5pm

  • Saturday: 8am - 5pm

  • Sunday: 10am - 3pm

 

4. Can I commission a custom physical piece?

Yes! We accept custom orders for  traditional artwork. Visit our Home page to submit your request or call direct.

 

5. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept:

  • Credit/Debit Cards

  • PayPal/Venmo

 

6. Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship worldwide! Shipping costs vary by location—check out during checkout or contact us for a quote.

 

7. How long does shipping take?

Processing time is dependent on whether it is an in stock piece or custom, plus shipping duration based on your location. Turn around on a stock piece is 2-3 days. Tracking will be provided.

 

8. What is your return policy?

  • Original Art: Due to the custom nature of artwork, all sales are final unless damaged in transit.

 

9. Do you collaborate with other artists?
